All reservations must be scheduled in advance through the website or by phone.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight has landed. Additional wait time may be billed at the hourly rate.
If a passenger does not appear within the allotted wait time, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full fare may be charged.
Passengers are expected to maintain respectful conduct while in the vehicle. Excessive mess, damage, or smoking inside the vehicle may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
